How to Submit an Application |

The application form, including the paper or translation, a letter of intent, and any other required material must be submitted electronically. Forms in Word or PDF format can be found at www.cordafoundation.org/awards/forms. Please use the appropriate form for each category. Completed applications and attachments should be addressed to the Corda Foundation at
